Usually, when people ask me what do I do for a living I reply that I am a software programmer. The truth is that in the everyday life I handle a lot more things. I talk to clients, babysitters, and partners. I carry on correspondences with people via e-mail, I make designs and write texts and codes. Programming is my passion and I have been in this business for 12 years. Not being able to do it often makes me feel incomplete even if I have done tons of other work. I like reading self-help books and I am a member of a few communities relevant to my interests. I eat, train, and lead a healthy lifestyle. I also like to cook and to walk in the mountains. Throughout the years I learned to be well organized and quickly adaptive. I learned to constantly plan and follow my future steps. All this has naturally led me to entrepreneurship. A “profession” that combines a variety of skills that can be used in many different fields. I had two big reasons to decide to change my permanent job and to create this platform. On one side, my work was becoming more and more corporative. And on the other – a friend of mine who was looking for a job as a babysitter by that time. She was not satisfied by the way she was treated and also by the constant barging for the payment. She was not happy with all the additional obligations that appear and were not agreed at the beginning and many other problems. As I was reaching the same point I decided that this was the perfect opportunity for us. I quit my job and started working on this platform which is leaning towards those who seek jobs more than those who hire. My initial idea was that if the babysitter is satisfied with her job she would go to work happy and willing to provide better care for the children.
