Do I have to register?
To hire a nanny or use the services of the platform, you need to have an account.
How do I register?
You go in here and fill out the short form. After that, you will be forwarded to complete your detailed profile.
Does the platform have a registration fee?
The platform does not have a registration fee
I checked in, why can't I get in?
- Please make sure you use the correct email address and password. When logging in, small and large letters are entered, so be sure not to use uppercase letters or spaces in
- your email address when you enter it on the login page. Forgot Passwordto send you an email to set a new password.
- You need to receive a password reset email within a few minutes. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your “Unwanted/Spam” folder in case it is filtered.
- If you still have problems or haven't received the email, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
What to do, forgot my login? How do I change my password?
If you forgot your login, please click on Forgot Password and enter the email address with which you are registered. At the email address, you will receive instructions on how to move forward.
I am a previous customer and I want to register again. Do I need to create another profile?
Your account information is kept with us. Go to the Login page and enter your details. If you do not remember your password, click on the forgotten password and we will send you the password via email.
Why should I link my account to Facebook?
Linking your account to Facebook will allow you to easily log in to your account, literally with just 1 click. In addition, it is a kind of confirmation that your account is genuine.
Why should I enter Emergency numbers in my account?
These numbers will appear to the nanny who accepts your Booking. They serve in case of an unforeseen situation. The numbers are NOT visible to other people.

Do I have to register?
Registration is required if you want to use the services of the platform. Without an account on our platform, Parents cannot contact you.
How do I register?
You go in here and fill out the short form. After that, you will be forwarded to complete your detailed profile.
My profile is not active?
Once the registration is completed and the account is reviewed, you are contacted. After successful checking of the account for correctly completed data, your account will be activated by the team of the site.
How do I reactivate my account?
If your account is inactive, contact the team to find out what happened and reactivate it. Activation of an account is done manually by the team.
I haven't used my account in three months. Do I need to register again? Do I need to create another profile?
All accounts are kept in our database. Just go to the login page and log in to your account.
Why do I need to fill out a page with an account?
Your profile will be reviewed by parents before you experience a call for engagement. The better the information is written in it, the greater your chances of having permanent and good bookings.
How can I upload my CV?
The profile in our system represents a CV. Through it we present you in the best possible way for parents. Our goal is to find a job.
How can I up/change my photo?
Changing photos occurs when editing the profile
