Do I have to register?

To hire a nanny or use the services of the platform, you need to have an account.

How do I register?

You go in here and fill out the short form. After that, you will be forwarded to complete your detailed profile.

Does the platform have a registration fee?

The platform does not have a registration fee

I checked in, why can't I get in?

  • Please make sure you use the correct email address and password. When logging in, small and large letters are entered, so be sure not to use uppercase letters or spaces in
  • your email address when you enter it on the login page.
  • Forgot Passwordto send you an email to set a new password.
  • You need to receive a password reset email within a few minutes. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your “Unwanted/Spam” folder in case it is filtered.

What to do, forgot my login? How do I change my password?

If you forgot your login, please click on Forgot Password and enter the email address with which you are registered. At the email address, you will receive instructions on how to move forward.

I am a previous customer and I want to register again. Do I need to create another profile?

Your account information is kept with us. Go to the Login page and enter your details. If you do not remember your password, click on the forgotten password and we will send you the password via email.

Why should I link my account to Facebook?

Linking your account to Facebook will allow you to easily log in to your account, literally with just 1 click. In addition, it is a kind of confirmation that your account is genuine.

Why should I enter Emergency numbers in my account?

These numbers will appear to the nanny who accepts your Booking. They serve in case of an unforeseen situation. The numbers are NOT visible to other people.

For Nannies

Do I have to register?

Registration is required if you want to use the services of the platform. Without an account on our platform, Parents cannot contact you.

How do I register?

You go in here and fill out the short form. After that, you will be forwarded to complete your detailed profile.

My profile is not active?

Once the registration is completed and the account is reviewed, you are contacted. After successful checking of the account for correctly completed data, your account will be activated by the team of the site.

How do I reactivate my account?

If your account is inactive, contact the team to find out what happened and reactivate it. Activation of an account is done manually by the team.

I haven't used my account in three months. Do I need to register again? Do I need to create another profile?

All accounts are kept in our database. Just go to the login page and log in to your account.

Why do I need to fill out a page with an account?

Your profile will be reviewed by parents before you experience a call for engagement. The better the information is written in it, the greater your chances of having permanent and good bookings.

How can I upload my CV?

The profile in our system represents a CV. Through it we present you in the best possible way for parents. Our goal is to find a job.

How can I up/change my photo?

How old are your nannies?

We believe that people over 18 are conscious and responsible to make a booking to work and to be accountable for their actions.

How long does it take to find the perfect nanny?

The dial process starts from the moment you register. There is no fixed time schedule. It all depends on your requirements. You may come across a suitable nanny right away, and it may take several hours.

What will the babysitter profiles show me?

You'll see qualifications, age, experience, skills, hourly rates, driver's license. You will learn more about hobbies, habits and education. You will have very detailed information about the person who will take care of your child.

Can I meet the nanny personally before I hire her?

You have the opportunity before hiring a nanny to invite her for an interview. The invitation is sent from the Babysitter's profile.

How do I know which nanny is free to hire?

Nannies have the opportunity to note in their profile whether they are looking for a job or are already working. You will be able to see this information when you open the profile of your chosen nanny.

Will I be able to hire the same nanny every time?

- Yes. We know that if you are satisfied with a babysitter you will want to work with her again, so we give you the opportunity to send an offer to previous babysitters you have worked with.

How to thank or show dissatisfaction with the performance of the nanny?

After each visit, it is advisable to leave an assessment and comment on the work of the nanny.

    - Yes. You can, but when you refuse the booking, you need to introduce a good reason so that the babysitter can understand what's going on.

    Can I find a nanny with a lot of experience?

    The site has a large selection of nannies available. Experienced who worked for other families, others who worked in kindergartens and centers. Pedagogues with years of experience and students of medical specialties.

    Can I find a nanny who speaks a language other than Bulgarian?

    Yes, of course, on our platform there are people with different education, which they note when they stumble on their profile.

    What additional household tasks can we set the nanny?

    Usually nannies take care to keep all children's rooms and living quarters clean and tidy, children's laundry, changing underwear and arranging children's meals. During the interview, discuss with the nanny what specific duties you are interested in.

    Can the nanny take care of my children only hourly?

    Absolutely! Our nannies are available for hourly care for your children. We all need, when we need to attend a meeting or other booking, to let someone take care of the children at home. But if you have to work from home and you need an assistant, you also have the opportunity to use the services of an hourly nanny. Many parents believe that this service is especially useful during school holidays and for emergency cases (if the child becomes ill and can not attend school).

    Can the nanny take/take our children to school and extracurricular activities?

    How much experience do I need to register in nanny?

    We don't have minimal experience of admission to the platform. We provide an opportunity for everyone to try this wonderful profession.

    What age do I need to be to be able to join your platform?

    Bavachki.bg believes that 18+ years is an appropriate age for nannies developed in our platform.

    How do I start working?

    Once you register, you fill out your detailed profile, which serves as a CV on which Parents will judge you. When you fill it out, we will activate it and you can apply under listings of interest to you. After which the Parent decides whether to contact you.

    If I don't have a driver's license, can I apply for registration?

    - Yes. However, you should be aware that this is a big advantage as some families require you to water/take the children to/from school and you will not be able to apply for an advert if the family has such a requirement.

    Do nannies have an employment contract?

    We are not the employer of nannies and we do not offer employment relationships. Families are your employer and you can negotiate that with them.

    What are the standard duties of the nanny?

    How will I be notified if the family wants an interview before hiring me?

    Can I refuse a booking?

    Once the booking is created, the nanny must accept or refuse it. Any booking can be refused, even if it has already been accepted. But keep in mind that this leaves a bad impression in parents.

    What salary can I expect to earn and who deals with the tax?

    You set your hourly rate, which depends on your qualifications, experience and positive feedback that parents leave for you. Bavachki.bg is not an employer. For your convenience, we have made a page explaining the ways and options for paying insurance if you want to do this yourself.

    What should I do after accepting a childcare booking?

    Once you accept it, a booking is created in your schedule. You need to go in time for the appointment and do your job perfectly.

    What is expected of me if I am part of your education program?

    We recommend before starting an activity as a nanny, to undergo training. It is completely free for you and will bring you a lot of additional and useful knowledge for your work. When you participate in the educational program, we expect that you will provide excellent care and education to children.

    How can I apply for an ad?

    To begin with, your account must be activated. Then you open the ad you want and there is a button “Apply” inside. That's it. Your application is sent to the Family and they decide which nanny to hire.

    How do the reviews work? How can I get a positive review?

    Parents can write a short comment about your work and give a rating. Estimates often affect whether parents don't have you or not - so it's useful to get a lot of positive ratings! Good ratings are given to the nanny who:

    • Maintain updated profiles
    • Are great nannies
    • Visit interviews

    Negative ratings are often sent by parents who are disappointed that profiles are inaccurate or when nannies have not done well with their booking.

    Are nannies supposed to work weekends?

    Are there any families that need nannies to live with the families?

    If there is a family submitting an ad for such a position, you decide whether to apply for this listing.

    What's an ad?

    An advert is a service that the parent publishes on the site. Describes the quality and activities it requires from the nanny and the working conditions it offers. All nannies can apply to the advert, for which the parent is notified by notice. Having approved a nanny suitable for him, there is an opportunity to do an interview or hire her, only after assessing the profile.

    How do I publish an ad?

    Can I stop announcing before her expiration? How?

    If you find a suitable nanny before the expiration of the ad, you can stop the ad with the “Stop Listing” button so that notifications from applicants will not bother you after you do not need them.

    How many listings can I post?

    A parent can only have one active ad. When the active ad expires, it can then publish a new one

    Validity of the ad?

    The listing is suspended after 20 days. Also after pressing the “Stop Listing” button on the part of the parent or at the discretion of the team

    How do I know that a nanny has applied for the ad?

    The parent is known for every new candidate. When you open the listing, you see the “Candidates” section. There, the candidates in the ad are displayed.

    How do I hire a nanny after she has applied for an ad?

    In the list of nannies, you will see a “Hire” button against each of the names. Clicking it, you select the specific nanny and stop the ad..

    Who hire/pays the nanny?

    The family is the nanny's employer. You hire it and pay for it. Bavachki.bg is not an employer.

    What should I pay for a nanny?

    Every nanny sets the price for the hour you owe her. The information is in every nanny's profile.

    For Nannies

    How much is the pay per hour?

    Pay is determined entirely by you. in your account you enter the payment you want to receive.

    How much hourly employment per month is on average stated?

    You yourself determine how long you will work. If you wish, you can seek full-day bookings or part-time.

    For Parents

    Who can see my contact information?

    Contact information is visible only after a booking is created and is visible only to the nanny with whom you will have a booking. No one else can see your personal information. If you wish, you can exchange personal messages with the nannies. Thus, you do not need to exchange personal information with the nanny until you decide to hire her.

    Are payments secure on the site?

    Payments are secure. Your credit card details never reach the servers of nanny. Our partners - ePay.bg and Borica make payments for us. They are large companies in the field of online payments and cover the highest level of security (PCI DSS). Any other interaction with your nanny is protected with 128 bit SSL/TLS encryption

    What experience do your nannies have?

    In our platform there are students, mothers and grandmothers, teachers and working in kindergartens, nurses, etc. Our platform is looking for loving, attentive nannies who have recent, verifiable recommendations.

    Does nanny bear responsibility for the nannies registered on their website?

    We do our best to check suitable trained and caring nannies, but nannies are not their employer.

    What to do if you think that the profile of the nanny is suspicious?

    If you have noticed a suspicious profile that may contain inappropriate content or something else that doesn't seem quite right, we recommend that you let us know. Please contact us immediately with account details. We will do research and return feedback.

    How do I report a user on your website?

    If you find anyone who may have had a criminal history or is misrepresenting on our site, please email us on the Contacts page. We recommend that you provide evidence (if possible) so that we can study the profile in more detail. NB! All reports are confidential!

    Can I get safety advice from the Platform?

    In the section Safety Center you will find a page for nannies with tips, suggestions of guidance to your attention to seemingly small things that you may not pay attention to or consider irrelevant at some point. In the center there is a page and safety at home, it reminds of important safety details at home and will make your work safe.

    Is my personal data confidential?

    For the safety of each member, personal contact information is not publicly displayed in the profiles.

    If you wish, you can exchange personal messages with parents. Thus, you do not need to exchange personal information with the parent until you accept the booking. Contact information is visible only after a booking has been created and is visible only to the parent with whom you will have a booking. No one else can see your personal information.
