Declarations, contributions and deadlines for their submission
- Declaration 1 — “Data on the insured person” — on what amount am I insured each month (not less than 460 leva and not more than 2600 leva for 2017) -> until the 25th of the month following the month to which the data relate.
- By the 25th of every month I have topay advance insurance for the previous month amounting to 8% of the income on which I am insured (the income may not be less than the minimum monthly insurance income).
- Declaration 6— to be submitted by 30 April of the following year for pension and health insurance insurance. It shall have a report in 2 copies on a sample of the data of the self-insuring person, the number of declarations submitted and the period to which they relate.
- By 30 April of the yearfollowing the year indicated in my annual tax return, I must also makea final contributionwhich represents the difference between the total amount of health contributions due and the amounts paid in advance during the year.
- Declaration under Art. 55 of IITA and Art. 201 of CITA — shall be submitted by the end of the month following the quarter for the due advance income tax.
- Declaration of interruption, termination or resumption of activity->shall be submittedwithin 7 daysafter the occurrence of this circumstance.
- A declaration of interruption of my activities should not submit for:
- periods in which I received monetary compensation for temporary incapacity for work, pregnancy and birth and raising of a small child, and when adopting a child from 2 to 5 years old
- periods of temporary incapacity for work, pregnancy and birth and raising of a small child, and when adopting a child from 2 to 5 years of age, during which I was not entitled to monetary compensation.
II.Changeofdata:
- When changing personal data- the person (name, permanent address)within 7 daysshould be applied for registration in the Registry Agency
- Change of the type of insurance -the term is until the end of Januaryof the corresponding calendar year.
In the course of the year, the type of insurance cannot change, even in cases where activities are interrupted and resumed or a new employment activity is initiated as a self-insured person.
