Why did you choose this profession? Being around children makes me thrive. Understanding, helping and communicating with them has been my passion from an early age. I become really focused and serious when the situation requires it and when it comes to acquiring knowledge, however as a person I am very childlike. I just feel best among children. It all came very naturally, also because I grew up in a family of professors in the field of mental health. This helped me immerse deeply into topics related to developmental psychology. Thus, for almost 30 years I have been deeply interested in the human soul and behavior. And as childhood is the most dynamic and the most crucial stage of life, I find it most intriguing.
